The training weekend will see the 25 new CWB volunteer recruits put through their paces with a series of sessions designed to top up their coaching skills, up skill them on HIV / Aids awareness and how to integrate it into their coaching as well as educational sessions about the countries they are visiting.

There are 3 projects taking place in the spring of 2011 – Kenya (12th – 27th February), Uganda (26th Feb – 13th March) and Rwanda (5-20th March).

It is when the training weekends come round that the projects start to come to life, with the volunteers getting to know one another and forming the strong teams that will deliver such brilliant projects in February and March.
